Wet Lab Cleaning

From Jeff:

"Important!!

Hello everyone!

The third floor dispensary informed me a couple days ago that the task of cleaning Wet Lab has officially been transitioned from the class of 2024 to us starting this week. What that means is that EVERY FRIDAY from now until the end of our D2 year, we must go in and cleanup every station in that room. To ease the burden of this task, I have personally split everyone up into groups of 9 students. Each group is assigned a specific Friday where they are REQUIRED to spend ~30 min in wet lab cleaning their assigned section. I know this stinks on such short notice, but to make it a little more convenient I went through each radiology lab section and organized it so that only students who will already be here on Friday will be in charge of cleaning wet lab. Once summer ends, the schedule will be shifted back to going alphabetically by last name.

With that said, I dont care if you switch with anyone as long as the task gets done. There will be a sign-in sheet at the dispensary to help keep everyone accountable. According to Ms. Marcela, this method is what they have done in the past and it works. If you absolutely can not make your time OR find anyone to trade with, please let me or one of the other officers know.

Above is the excel document with everyones assigned times. Ms. Marcela will also be sending out reminders the week of your assigned cleaning day. There will also be a form provided at sign in that details how/what to clean.

For those of you assigned to clean during the summer, I specifically assigned you to a Friday that you will already be on campus for due to Radiology Lab. You will have to clean wet lab BEFORE radiology lab (~12:15 - 1:00PM), because the dispensary/signup sheet/cleaning materials will close by the time you get out of radiology lab.

Thats it yall! Good luck studying."
